Bio:

John Constantine is a senior majoring in Anthropology at UCF. He began dancing in Tampa many years ago. John has been involved with Swing Knights since he was introduced to the club. He is pleased to have been chosen to represent the club and hopes to make Swing Knights even better! Please contact John if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions for improvement.

Bio:

Samantha Nelson is a junior at UCF studying Molecular and Microbiology. She first started dancing during the summer of 2009 while taking a ballroom class at UCF. She discovered Swing Knights while trying to find places to keep dancing. She immediately fell in love and started dancing as much as possible. Samantha is excited to be the vice president of this awesome club and is eager to explore the world of swing dancing.

Bio:

Born in Tyler, Texas...raised in San Diego...she now resides in Orlando, Florida as she studies interpersonal/organizational communication at the University Of Central Florida. Lacy has been dancing for 5 years but not until recently did things start to click. :) Lacy & Joel met in 2008 and things grew from there. Joel, quite the veteran in the swing scene, immediately recognized the potential for them as partners and that’s exactly what they became. They now instruct, perform, and inspire those around them everywhere they go. Most recently, Joel & Lacy won 4 titles at the Swing Dance USA Championships including Showcase, Balboa, Strictly Lindy, & Advanced Jill.

Kat Hancock discovered swing dance about 2 years ago while in high school and fell in love with it. She is now a Psychology major at UCF and so excited to work with the Swing Knights as an officer! Email her about anything!
